Is InvoiceGenly really free?
Yes. Anyone can create and download unlimited PDF invoices, quotes and receipts without an account. The Free plan also lets logged-in users save up to 5 documents. Pro is for unlimited saving, custom branding and saved clients.
Do I need to sign up?
No. The public tool works without an account — type, preview, download. Sign up only if you want to save your documents and re-use them.
Can I add a logo?
Yes. Upload PNG, JPEG or WebP up to 2 MB. The logo appears in the live preview and in the final PDF.
Which currencies do you support?
20+ currencies including EUR, USD, GBP, CAD, AUD, JPY, INR and more. JPY uses zero decimal places automatically.
Can I have multiple tax rates?
Yes. Each line item has its own tax label (e.g. VAT) and percentage, so you can mix 24%, 13%, 0% on the same invoice.
Are my documents private?
Public PDFs are generated on the fly and not stored. When you create an account, your saved documents are private to you.
Can I customize the document number?
Yes. Type whatever number you want, or follow a pattern like INV-2026-0001. Pro users get auto-numbering with templates.
